Remember to inspect your items immediately upon receiving to notify us of any issues. Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving shipment will have a restocking fee to be return. Style box issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Exchanges: Exchanges are for the same item in different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible. Exchanges must be made within 20 days of the original purchase date. The item you return must meet all return guidelines. Please contact customer service @ firstname.lastname@example.org for exchanges. Provide the order # and add EXCHANGE to the subject line of the email. If we are unable to exchange due to quantity we will then follow the return guidelines.
All Sale Items, Items discounted or used with a CODE, and Style Boxes are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges on these items!
*Please note due to sanitary reasons the following items will only be eligible for return or exchange if the tags and hygienic liners (if included) are still attached:Swimwear, intimates, undergarments, bras, bandeaus, and hair accessories, including hats and beanies.
There will be no exceptions on any of these items.
All returns must be received in 20 calendar days of the customer receiving items. Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells or signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all package slips included with the return. All returns will take up to 15 days to be processed.
For items returned past 20 days there will be a 30% restocking fee that will be subtracted from the store credit given. Items retuned after 45 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
Any lost packages will be at your expense and Frankie's will not be responsible. It is recommended to always have insurance purchased for all your packages. These includes items sent to you and items you may return to Frankie's.
